When you book a service or request a quote, we collect:

• Names (parent and student)
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Pickup and delivery addresses
• Booking details (dates, items, pricing tier)
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider Intuit QuickBooks; we do not store full card numbers

We do not send SMS messages unless you give us explicit consent. On every quote form on this website, we provide a checkbox you can tick to opt in to receive transactional text messages from Box Dawgs related to your quote and booking. Submitting a form without checking the box means we will only contact you by email or phone call. Message types you may receive if you opt in include:

• Booking confirmations
• Pickup reminders (typically 24 hours before pickup)
• Delivery status updates
• Balance-due reminders

Message frequency varies depending on your booking activity — a typical customer receives 3–5 messages over the lifecycle of a single booking. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. To get contact information, reply HELP. You can also email quotes@boxdawgs.com to be removed from SMS communications.

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to provide service updates related to your booking. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We only share your information with service providers we need to operate the business:

• SendGrid — to send email confirmations and notifications
• Supabase — to securely store your booking information

We do not sell your information to anyone for any reason.

We keep your booking and contact information for as long as you have an active account, and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, accounting, and legal compliance. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing quotes@boxdawgs.com.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email quotes@boxdawgs.comand we'll respond within 30 days.
