1.Who we are

Box Dawgs Moving & Storage (“Box Dawgs”) is a moving and storage business based in Athens, GA. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

2.Services

We provide moving and storage services to college students and other customers. Service details (pricing, dates, what's included) are confirmed during the booking process at boxdawgs.com/quote.

3.Pricing & payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars. A deposit is required to lock in a booking — $50 for moving jobs and $300 for storage reservations — and is fully refundable until 14 days before your scheduled pickup. The remaining balance is due after the move. We accept payment by card or bank transfer through our payment processor, Intuit QuickBooks. We do not store your full card details.

4.Cancellations & refunds

Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before your scheduled pickup. After that, deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us at quotes@boxdawgs.comas early as possible — we're happy to flex around your schedule when we can.

5.Storage

Items stored with Box Dawgs are held in our secure storage facility. Storage has a 2-month minimum. We are not responsible for damage to items caused by ordinary handling, weather, or items packed by the customer that are not properly secured. We recommend you do not store irreplaceable, illegal, perishable, or hazardous items with us.

6.Liability

Box Dawgs' liability for any damaged or lost item is limited to the lesser of the item's fair market value or $100 per item, unless you have purchased separate insurance. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7.Communications

By providing your email address and phone number, you agree to receive transactional communications from us about your booking (confirmations, pickup reminders, delivery updates, balance-due reminders) by email and SMS. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your information.

8.Customer responsibilities

You agree to (a) provide accurate contact and pickup information, (b) be available during your pickup and delivery windows or designate a representative who is, and (c) not include illegal, hazardous, or perishable items in your shipment.

9.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and post the new version on this page.
