This may include your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, and details about the items to be stored or moved. This information is used solely for providing quotes, scheduling services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

We do not share or sell your personal information with third parties. Your data is securely stored and accessed only by members of our internal team who need it to coordinate your service.

Our website may use cookies or third-party tools (like Google Analytics) to gather anonymous traffic data. This helps us understand how users interact with our site so we can improve navigation and content.

To secure your appointment, a $1 booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee allows us to collect and securely store your payment information, which will be used to process your invoice once your custom quote is approved.

After receiving your quote and invoice, you’ll have 48 hours to cancel if you choose not to move forward with the service. Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee, based on your total quoted amount.

If your items have already been shipped to our address or received into storage, your payment is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.
