Welcome to Box Dawgs. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Box Dawgs is a student-operated business that provides moving and storage assistance to University of Georgia students and residents in the Athens, GA area. Our services include item pickup, secure storage, and scheduled delivery.

All quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you submit. Final pricing may vary depending on item size, the number of items, the complexity of the move (such as stairs or access issues), and labor required. We will communicate any changes prior to final confirmation.

Box Dawgs is not liable for damage to items that are improperly packed, pre-damaged, or fragile unless previously disclosed and agreed upon in writing. Optional coverage for high-value items may be discussed during the quote process.

To secure your appointment, a $1 booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee allows us to collect and securely store your payment information, which will be used to process your invoice once your custom quote is approved.

After receiving your quote and invoice, you’ll have 48 hours to cancel if you choose not to move forward with the service. Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee, based on your total quoted amount.

If your items have already been shipped to our address or received into storage, your payment is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.

By booking with Box Dawgs, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

For all moving-only services (no storage), customers may cancel up to 7 days before the scheduled move-in day to receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled move-in, your payment becomes non-refundable, as we’ve already reserved time, labor, and transportation for your appointment.

By booking a move, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge that Box Dawgs is run by students and may have limited operating hours during academic terms. We are committed to professionalism and reliability and appreciate your understanding as we work to serve the Athens community.
